Reflective Teaching as a Strategy to Solve a Problem

Problem: Students use the native language to communicate with their teacher and classmates.

Mapping: In order to get information from myself, I will keep a journal.

Informing: I will use five-minutes papers.

Contesting: I will use a questionnaire in order to see the possible reasons why I teach in that particular way. Also, I will contrast my style of teaching with the last teacher.

Appraisal: what strategies or actions can I take.

Actions:  Since it is not just thinking on the problem, possibles solutions but also taking actions, that is why after I plan my interventions I will implemented.
