Third Task

1. What is reflective teaching?
Reflective teaching is the process in which teachers can think, ask questions, reflect and take actions on their way of teaching because not always the problems of behavior or learning process come from the students.

2. How important is reflective teaching?
Reflective teaching is a valuable tool for self-evaluation and professional growth. Reflective teaching suggests that experience alone is insufficient for professional growth, but that experience coupled with reflection can be a powerful impetus for teacher and learners development.


3. What is the cycle of reflection like?

The cycle of reflection is conformed by 4 aspects:First, it is necessary to think on the past experiences in order to identify how you are thinking.Second, it is relevant to ask questions about general and specific situations. In this stage we can ask ourselves questions like "what should I have done?" or "what can I do next time?"Third, after the last step it is necessary to reflect and propose solutions.And finally, the fourth step is to take actions or implement our plan.

 4. What is reflection? How many types of reflection are there?
Reflection is the process of thinking, questioning, problem solving and decision making.There are two types of reflection:

Reflection-on-action
Reflection-in-action

5. What can be done to put reflective teaching into practice?
What can be done through the use of reflection teaching into practice is to look the teaching - student learning process. Also, to search meaning of class events. Moreover, to consider strengths and weaknesses of the teaching methodologies, tasks and students. Furthermore, teachers can identify ways to improve and finally to formulate a plan of action to solve problems.
